Modus operandi of ready-made Muhallabia

Ready-to-eat Muhallabia ingredients:

  • Two boxes of ready-made Muhallabia.
  • Half a liter of liquid milk.
  • A pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish, optional.


Modus operandi ofready-made Muhallabia:

  • The ready-made Muhallabia is placed in a saucepan with the milk and cardamom.
  • Melt the ingredients well with a hand mixer, until any lumps in the mixture disappear.
  • Raise the pot with all its contents on the fire, stirring constantly over the heat until the Muhallabia thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
  • Remove the Muhallabia from the heat, then pour it into dishes or cups.
  • Leave the Muhallabia for half an hour until it cools, then decorate the surface with crushed pistachios, or as desired.
  • The cups or glasses are placed in the refrigerator for several hours until cold, and then served.
