Hummus fatteh with Alsalam Tahini

Hummus fattah is considered a type of oriental appetizer that is widely known. Chickpeas are the main ingredient in its preparation, and it can be served as a breakfast or dinner meal, in addition to containing many beneficial nutrients for the body.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Alsalam Salt
  • 2 Tbps minced garlic
  • ¾ cup Alsalam tahini
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • cutter bread
  • Parsley
  • Sumac & Pine seeds for dicoration
  • You ca add ghee

 

Preparation method:

  • To make Hummus Fatteh, Add Ingredients in bowl
  • boil chickpeas and Cut bread to small peices
  • Add the mixture on cutter bread and chickpeas
  • Add parsley and sumac to decoration
  • you Can add ghee
