Hummus fattah is considered a type of oriental appetizer that is widely known. Chickpeas are the main ingredient in its preparation, and it can be served as a breakfast or dinner meal, in addition to containing many beneficial nutrients for the body.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Yogurt
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Alsalam Salt
- 2 Tbps minced garlic
- ¾ cup Alsalam tahini
- 2 cups chickpeas
- cutter bread
- Parsley
- Sumac & Pine seeds for dicoration

- To make Hummus Fatteh, Add Ingredients in bowl
- boil chickpeas and Cut bread to small peices
- Add the mixture on cutter bread and chickpeas
- Add parsley and sumac to decoration
